Privacy Policy

Definitely Supervised is a game for the web and Android published by Timson Technology Pty Ltd. This policy explains the information used to run, improve, and monetize the game.

Local Game Data

The game stores progress and settings locally in your browser or on your Android device. This lets your run continue between sessions and supports offline play. You can clear this data with the reset option in Settings or through your browser or device storage controls.

Optional Google Account Saves

Google sign-in and cloud saves are optional. If you sign in with Google, we verify your Google identity and use a hashed account identifier to connect your game across Android and the web. Google's identity response can include your email address; it is processed only during sign-in and is not stored in plain text by our cloud-save service. For complimentary Supporter Packs, a hash of the verified email is linked to the account to check and restore the grant. We store your current and previous game checkpoints, checkpoint times, and a temporary sign-in session containing your display name. We do not store your Google password or ID token, or request access to your Google Drive, contacts, or email messages. Google processes sign-in under its own privacy policy. Cloud saves are stored privately with Cloudflare.

You can sign out or delete your cloud account in game Settings or on the account management page. Deletion removes cloud progress and revokes sessions immediately. Expired sessions are removed on access or within seven days of expiry; sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. A hashed identifier and random revocation marker remain to prevent older sessions restoring deleted progress. Device saves and separate purchase or complimentary entitlement records remain unless separately removed; contact support to remove those records.

Network Security

Online services use encrypted HTTPS connections. Cloudflare processes network information needed to deliver and protect these services. We use a hashed IP address and request counts to limit abusive sign-in attempts. Security records may be retained separately from cloud saves to prevent abuse. We do not sell account information or cloud saves, or share them for advertising.

Analytics

The web version collects gameplay and technical events such as session progress, purchases made inside the game, rewarded-ad actions, errors, device class, browser information, approximate timing, and country or region inferred from the network connection. A random identifier stored in your browser connects your visit to the landing page with later game sessions so we can measure play and return rates. It is not created from your name, email address, IP address, or a device fingerprint. We use this data to tune balance, fix bugs, and understand whether reward prompts are useful. The current Android version does not send these remote analytics events; optional cloud saves transmit game progress as described above.

Advertising

The web version may show optional rewarded ads. If you choose to watch an ad, an advertising partner may process device, browser, ad interaction, and approximate location data to deliver and measure the ad. Rewarded ads are optional, and the game should describe the reward before you choose to watch. Advertising is not enabled in the current Android version.

Supporter Pack Payments

If you buy or restore the Supporter Pack on the web, we use the email address you provide to connect the purchase to you across browsers and devices. Web payments are processed by Stripe, and the game does not store card details. We store purchase status, email, payment identifiers, and restore information needed to unlock the Supporter Pack.

When Android purchases are enabled, Google Play processes payments and restores purchases using your Play Store account. The game sends a purchase receipt to our Cloudflare service, which checks its status with Google and confirms delivery. We retain a hash of the receipt, product identifier, purchase time, and verification time to record the unlock; we do not retain the receipt itself or receive your payment card details. Android purchases do not require signing in to a separate game account. Contact support to request removal of these purchase records.

Cookies And Storage

The game uses local storage and device storage for saves and settings, and secure session storage for optional account sign-in. On the web, the game and advertising partners may also use cookies or similar storage for analytics, fraud prevention, ad frequency controls, and ad measurement.

Children

Definitely Supervised is designed for teenagers and adults and is not specifically directed at children under 13.
